Two things we do differently
Built for the patients other offices rush
Seniors and caregivers
The office was designed to accommodate older patients: step-free, wheelchair-accessible, with parking behind the building. Dr. Fadavi’s background in mobile geriatric dentistry means she is comfortable working around medications, dry mouth, dentures and mobility limits, and happy to coordinate with family members.
How we care for seniors →Nervous about the dentist?
Many adults carry dental fear from childhood. You can meet Dr. Fadavi for a consultation before any treatment, bring a friend or family member into the room, spread treatment over several shorter visits, and ask about sedation where appropriate. Nothing happens until you understand it and agree.

What your visit involves
Your first visit, step by step
We listen first
Tell us what brought you in, your medical history and any medications. If you are anxious, say so. We will slow down.
A thorough look
Dr. Fadavi examines your teeth and gums and, when needed, your jaw joints, head and neck, using photos, measurements and X-rays only where they add information.
A plan you understand
You’ll hear what we found, the options for treating it, and what each involves, so you can decide what happens next. No pressure.

Questions patients ask before they call
Frequently asked questions
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. New patients of all ages are welcome, including seniors and patients who have not seen a dentist in years. Call (647) 350-4500 or use the appointment request form and we will find a time that suits you.
I’m in pain today. Can you see me?
We keep time for same-day emergencies such as toothache, infection, a fractured tooth, or a loose crown or bridge. Phone rather than emailing so we can triage you quickly. If you have facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Do you take dental insurance?
Bring your insurance details to your first visit and we will explain how your plan applies to the treatment recommended. If you have no coverage, we will give you a written estimate before treatment starts so there are no surprises.
I haven’t been to a dentist in years and I’m embarrassed.
You will not be lectured. Dr. Fadavi meets patients where they are, explains what she sees, and suggests a realistic order of priorities. Many of our patients started exactly this way.
Is the office accessible for a wheelchair or walker?
Yes. The office at Terrace on Danforth is wheelchair accessible, and there is parking behind the building. Let us know when you book so we can allow extra time.
Ready when you are
Call us, or send an appointment request and we’ll reply during office hours. Emergencies: please phone.
